Join our team and be part of a dynamic, exciting and engaging business, so we can discover What’s next together!The Transition Manager is responsible for the execution of the transition or other related projects.You will be responsible for:Responsible for an array of activities including initializing and planning projects, developing project cost structure, tracking and reporting project deliverables, managing risk, applying project management processes and tools and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and with high customer satisfactionManaging projects and/or transitions to migrate processes and operations from the Ayvens entities to the Ayvens Service CentersEnsuring transitions managed adhere to Ayvens’ transition methodology and set of standardsDeveloping the over-all transition project plan and identifying dependencies of deliverables with other project teamsFacilitating effective communication and working relationships within the transition teamsEstablishing and maintaining relationships with the customers and 3rd party suppliersActing as the single point of contact for the transition managementEnsuring the delivery teams and Center Support teams engaged in transition meet project deliverablesTracking actual effort expended and time frames against baseline defined in the transition’s project scheduleExecuting and controlling the project by managing scope, cost, and scheduleLeading the tracking and creation of the action plan for the identified risks, issues and gaps in the projectIdentifying and managing change against the transition scope and budgetsWorking with the Finance Analyst in ensuring that the project is within budgetDelivering successful and well documented transitions and ensuring there’s smooth hand-over to the interested partiesParticipating in lessons learned sessions as well as improving the current standards and processes/methodologiesOther duties may be assigned.You will have the following qualifications:Prior experience managing transitions in a changing environment with multiple systems and complex practices and processesAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExcellent planning and organizing skillsIn depth understanding of the business setupExperience working in a multi-lingual international organization (business, SSC, BPO); previous experience in working in a financial institution is considered a plusStrong analytic skills and proven success leading process initiatives and project managementAdvanced level of expertise with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent interpersonal skills to interact with management, coworkers, distributors, and outside customers.Required level of education and technical abilities: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or EconomicsRequired work experienceMinimum 2-3 years of having a Transition/Project/Change Manager role with managing and coordinating multiple transitions
