Travel Advisor-Portuguese/German or French Speaker in Bucuresti

Exciting Opportunity as a Travel Consultant in Bucharest! ️ Location: On-site in Bucharest, Romania Working Hours: Portuguese: Two rotating shifts, Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Winter hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. German & French: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. 8 hours per day within the designated working hours, with 2 days off. Salary & Benefits: Salary based on the language you work with (Portuguese, German or French). Meal vouchers (25 RON ). Private medical insurance. Transportation reimbursement. Requirements: High school diploma. Resident in Bucharest. C1 level in Portuguese, French, or German + B2 level in English. Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, or service industries. (mandatory) Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone. Handle emails and manage calls from customers of leading airlines, assisting with flight changes, cancellations, lost luggage, and complaints. Communicate with clients through various channels in Portuguese and English. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
