We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as WARRANTY ENGINEER  .              If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards: Supports the warranty analysis (when needed) to assist understanding when deeper part analysis is requested. Leads problem solving activities when root cause origin is of an engineering technical nature (e.g.: HOD mat failure, leather peeling issue etc.); Attends warranty follow-up customer meetings (when required), to report-out on part analysis cause findings, additional testing status, updates and timing. This communication shall be aligned with CQM and quality warranty team. Follows technical 8Ds to closure. Works in close contact with internal warranty quality team, customer and suppliers. Brings lessons learned from field to improve current development standard on new programs.      and if you have: Bachelor of Science in mechatronic field (is a plus) Technical skills (mechanic, electronic and electric) At least 3 years of growing responsibility in engineering/quality roles, with customer interaction   Then we will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.
