In May 2025 we are opening a new WINE SPA & WELLNESS centre and are looking to appoint a manager who will lead its opening, and thereafter its daily operations.
Are you ready to lead a team and ensure delightful wellness experiences?
As a WINE SPA & WELLNESS Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the wellness centre. Your main task will be to ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
What Will Be Your Responsibilities?
- Strategic management and development of the Castel Mimi WINE SPA & WELLNESS with a focus on quality and profitability
- Ensuring smooth operation of all spa and wellness services
- Supervising the quality of massages and other wellness rituals according to set standards and procedures
- Supervising the facilities
- Communicating with guests, addressing their requests, suggestions and complaints
- Identifying new trends in wellness and incorporating them into the service offerings.
- Recruiting, training, motivating, and leading a team of spa receptionists and therapists.
- Monitoring compliance with hotel and hygiene standards within the wellness operation.
- Tracking guest satisfaction and implementing measures to improve services.
- Budget management, cost control, and optimization of operational expenses.
- Cooperation for Marketing and promoting wellness services to increase attendance and profitability.
- Organizing shifts and ensuring sufficient staffing coverage.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Has appropriate education – secondary school/university, ideally in the field of hospitality, wellness or management.
- Speaks languages – professional knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English
- Has experience – experience in a similar management position in hospitality or wellness.
- Is a leader – can motivate a team, set up operational processes and ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Has knowledge in the field of wellness – orientation in procedures, massages and sauna rituals is an advantage.
- Is customer-oriented – ensures maximum guest satisfaction and can professionally resolve their requests.
- Has excellent organizational skills – manages effective planning, budget management and operations management.
