Job Description
- Schedule calendar for Commercial Plant Manager;
- Email and phone correspondence;
- Travel arrangement and reimbursements for PC;
- External + internal visits organization;
- Verifying Timesheets for all PC direct reports;
- Proxy for PT assistant;
- Preparing documents for signatures- verifying and sending them back;
- Preparing and sending internal correspondence;
- Organizing events for CMT members - outside Bosch;
- Planning vacation/business trips/ HO in the system for PC;
- Supplies orders for the PM office.
Qualifications
- Ongoing Bachelors studies Human Resources/Marketing and Communication/Business or any related area;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, additional language is beneficial;
- Operating skills PC: MS OFFICE;
- Organizational skills;
- Reliable;
- Punctual.
