Job Title : Account Manager (Native Italian Speaker) Location : Bucharest (Hybrid) Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM Main Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong relationships with Italian-speaking clients. Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, resolving any issues quickly and effectively. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service and product delivery. Monitor client account performance and provide regular updates and recommendations. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to grow client accounts. Prepare and present account reviews, proposals, and reports to clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with both client and company goals. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights. Requirements : Native-level fluency in Italian (spoken and written). Proficiency in English . Previous experience in account management, sales, or client service roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
