About this position We are looking for an Account Senior Specialist to join our team.Requirements: Strong experience in client relationship management, partner or account management, preferably focus on HR/ payrollExperience in providing business development or account up sales in the professional services industry is a plusDeep understanding of the international payroll business, platforms, capabilities and solutions that generate growth and innovation Experience with HR/ payroll technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiencyFluent in EnglishRequired Bachelor in Business or Finance. Master’s in Business or Finance will be considered as an advantage. Job description: Help our strategic account transform and grow their business with Mazars, by identifying short and long-term strategic goals and tactical executionManage the contractual arrangements with clients (master service agreement, service level agreement etc)Drive performance management through monthly/quarterly reviewsBuild strong relationships between Mazars firms and partner resources to design tailored solutions in the HR/ payroll marketGuide partners to build improved solutions and define roadmap to evolve various collaboration areasIdentify an effective path to market with solutions and Go-To-Market activitiesSupport business development and coordinate opportunitiesWork on partner prices matrix design to minimize pricing and quoting time, make proper decisions, resolve issues with local leadership and escalate as required
