Employee’s Job description and Duties:Responsible for the overall accounting controlling activities as following:R2R local process: R2R Expert for the Accounting / Business organization to deliver the R2R knowhow as per the local legislation requirements R2R process champion for the R2R process streamline/ transformation/ change management within his/her activity  R2R trainer for his/her R2R part of activity Month end close responsibilities:Month -end ledger/ trial balance review before the subsidiary submission- together with Direct ManagerMonth-end VAT/ Tax preparation supportResponsible to continuously update / improve the internal VAT Audit Trail documentation and perform internal VAT related controls according to the Romanian tax legislation requirements”Month end Dashboard preparation/ follow up together with Reporting Controller (Month end KPIs: Timeliness and Quality) Month end accruals calculation together for: revenues, expenses, bad debts, e.g.Year-end closing process preparation for his/her part of activityAudit deliverables preparation as per the audit requirements together with Finance ManagerInternal Controls:Review of manual journal entries and supporting documentation as per SOX requirements  Support whenever necessary Process Owners, internal SOX team and external auditors on the completion of yearly SOX audits with entity level appropriate supporting evidenceSupport analysis, designing, implementation of SOX controls, alongside SOX project team Escalate issues/ foster the communication between local Finance Manager, SOX team ​​​​​​​ Accounting Project support:Responsible for the R2R accounting process / system improvement Accounting partner for DYN Product Owner.Accounting project reporting  R2R SPOC for the Reporting and Group Consolidation team/ projects                          Qualification requirements:Expert Accountant, member of CECCAR or ACCA- nice to haveCorporate and Local Tax management expertise+ 7 years’ experience in the Senior Accountant / Controller role within an international companyWorking on accounting project / process model experience, cross departmental and cross countries within the groupEnglish business level: minimum B2​​​​​​​The informations regarding the protection of your private data is available here#LI-DNI Powered by JazzHR
