Job Description
- Organizing approval meetings: preparation, coordination and documentation of quotation release meetings for the assigned business units;
- Plan appointments, coordinate the core team, check process conformity, moderate meetings, document decisions;
- Further development of the offer process: initiate process improvements on the basis of the findings from maturity measurements;
- Cooperation with various stakeholders from controlling, sales, product management, development and top management and Quotation Release offices from other Business Unites and regions;
- Creation of the Quotation Release manual and implementation of process training.
Qualifications
- University Bachelor or Master Degree in economical or technical field;
- Experience: The coordination of complex meetings, the further development of the offer process and the implementation of process trainings require professional experience of 3 to 5 years;
- Thinking: Carrying out maturity measurements and deriving measures to improve the quotation process requires a high degree of transferability and imagination. High quality and result orientation: assumes ownership for assigned tasks;
- •Scope of action/ responsibility: As an interface between sales, controlling, product management, development and top management in relation to issues such as keeping customer appointments and implementing the respective offer strategy, a high degree of responsibility is required;
- Communication: The preparation of the offer release documents requires agreement and coordination within the scope of the assigned complex of tasks;
- Languages German, nice to have and English, advanced.
