Industry knowledge preferences: +5 Years of Experience Language: English Start date for assignment: December 1st Duration: 10 months (extendable) Worload: Full time Location: 100% remote (must follow the Danish office/working hours 08:00-16:00 CET) ROLE: Review application logs against the Operations Manual Triage incoming incidents and pull in developers as necessary Keep an eye on licenses and consumption  Workout reports (weekly/monthly) on incidents, performance, usage Coordinate and communicate with TCS, vendors, and other stakeholders when it comes to upgrades, incidents, planned/unplanned downtime Coordinate with TCS on vulnerabilities and how/when they should be removed REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience as Admin Consultant (or similar) Experience working with integrations/APIs General experience with cloud/Linux and application management Ability to use and create dashboards to monitor platforms (Log monitoring, Azure resource monitoring, and monitoring tools) Nice to have: Kong, Solace, SAP IS, ServiceNow, Atlassian tools Proficiency in English WE OFFER:    Challenging international projects.  Long-term cooperation.  Transparently built relations based on trust and fair play.  Flexible working hours.  Possibility to change the career path across the organization.
