Through testing and automation, Target can determine what will most likely cause a visitor to convert based on whatever success metrics or conversion goals matter to a company, whether it is revenue or other key business objectives. Sitting in the delivery and decision layer, Adobe Target uses petabytes of data to determine the right content to deliver to the right person at every touchpoint.The Adobe Target Full Stack Software Engineer will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including the architecture, design, development, & maintenance of the product.What you’ll doYou will implement robust data visualizations and user interfaces that delight our customersYou’ll write reliable code by utilizing design patterns and refactoring techniquesYou’ll be encouraged to craft performant high-quality features while ensuring quality through automated testing (unit, integration, e2e, and exploratory)Mentor developers with less experience by performing detailed and constructive code reviewsWhat you will need to succeed3+ years of proven experienceStrong computer science background, very strong algorithm and logical skills, object-oriented design principles and design patternsSolid understanding of Java technologies and frameworksSolid foundation in software engineering process & standard methodologies (unit testing, build automation, etc)Hands-on software development capabilities with large projectsYou have proven JavaScript fundamentals and have built responsive, sophisticated and scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, etcStrong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 design principles and techniques and demonstrable experience in building world-class, consumer web application interfacesStrong experience with Data management, including APIs, REST, JSON, etcProficient understanding of code versioning tools like GitExperience with at least one templating engine such as Handlebars, Moustache or similarFamiliarity with browser debug tools for layout, process inspection, and network analysisYou are comfortable working in a large software business where interpersonal skills are paramountYou have an eye for detail and designStandout colleague that considers the success of the product and team above their own successContinually learning and looking to stay ahead of the industryBe open to receiving constructive feedback in code reviews and willing to give that kind of feedback to othersYou value the safety net that tests provide while refactoring and writing new codeDig into sophisticated data analysis and how it is calculatedYou will need the ability to understand and share the technical vision of the productGood written and verbal communication skillsSpoken and written English proficiencyGood to HaveProduction proven experience with React libraryYou have experience with data analysis or data visualizationExperience with continuous delivery backed by a fully-automated testsExperience using AWS, AzureExperience with data visualization libraries like D3.jsAt Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
