Adoption & Change Management Support Consultant in Constanţa

Responsibilities Develop  clear and compelling  change messages  that convey the purpose, benefits, and impacts of the change initiatives. Collaborate with project teams to  implement change initiatives , ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations. Track and evaluate the progress  and outcomes of change initiatives,  collecting feedback  and insights to drive continuous improvement. Prepare and present  reports  on change management activities and outcomes Execute  communication plans , utilizing various channels to ensure consistent and timely dissemination of information. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make adjustments as needed. Design and deliver  training programs  to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the changes. Creation of content , change and support materials such as: one-pagers, reports, manuals, product guides,  presentations ,  animations and videos , mailings,  promotional and conference materials , etc. Benefits Motivizer Benefits Platform  to choose and manage all your benefits in one place. Strong knowledge of  change management principles , methodologies, and best practices Familiarity with technology platforms and tools used to support change management efforts. Excellent verbal and written  communication skills  to include experience with developing and delivering  presentations, editing, and proofreading . Proficiency in preparing  digital graphic materials Hands-on experience with the most popular  graphic & video processing  tools. Creativity  and the ability to write and edit texts freely, Good communication skills in  English ( Communication skills in German will be an asset) Willing to occasionally travel (estimated 1-2 times per quarter).
