Job Description We are looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager with at least 1 year of experience and an understanding of the iGaming industry. Our ideal candidate: Understands Affiliate/Performance Marketing (knowledge of main geos and rates); Knows the technical aspects of the role (tracker, postback, click ID); Has experience and a basic understanding of task management; Is productive, able to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines; Has an English level of B2; Possesses strong verbal and business communication skills; Can work with statistics and conduct basic analysis; Understands the main concepts of affiliate program management — traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, revenue, profit, ROMI; Has a basic understanding of SEO principles; Has experience in sales or marketing. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; Curiosity and a constant desire to grow and learn something new; Independence, responsibility, perseverance; Results-oriented; Fast learner; Systematic and attentive to details. Additional Information Your responsibilities: Finding optimal offers in relevant geos; Working with an existing partner database and finding new ones (communication, offer terms negotiation); Maintaining reports and providing regular updates (weekly, monthly); Working with TDS (Keitaro); Tracking and analyzing traffic metrics.
