Our company solves the problem for customers in the maritime industry by building significant products and delivering custom software development projects. In this role, you will work directly with the product team and management and be involved in initiatives across the company. As an Agile Coach you will: Facilitate Agile process knowledge to all team members,Train the team on each specific process step throughout the product life cycle,Help the team navigate conflict,Help the team resolve the problem,Support continuous discovery and delivery,Identify risks,Identify and diagnose process issues,Challenge the company rules and leadership ideas,Create safety for the team to experiment, fail and learn. Requirements: 3+ years of experience working in Agile methodologies in a role like Scrum Master, Product Owner/Manager or Agile Coach,Practical knowledge of software product lifecycle and product discovery,Experience in working with Scrum and Kanban teams,Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills,Ability to coach team and managers,English at B2 or higher,Great communication skills.
