Role: Assist BCR in perfecting, scaling and transforming its way of working; educate and mentor on all levels of the organization towards using agile-inspired techniques and foster an increasingly agile mindset.How you will contribute Develop agile tools/ practices/ ways of working in the organization: Together with the Agile COE lead, refine/ document the standards and requirements for existing ways of working/ standards, proposing continuous improvements; Help teams navigate agile tools and software. Facilitate bank wide consistent Agile integration and adoption: Operationalize Agile processes, principles, and practices at all levels in the organization, ensuring a holistic approach and consistency across teams; Proactively identify and resolve impediments that hinder progress, including cultural barriers, logistical challenges, and technological roadblocks; Foster a culture of self-organization, transparent and open communication, and continuous development, empowering teams to take ownership of their work. Coach, mentor and train agile teams in methodology: Conduct individual/ team coaching sessions, empowering team members to embrace Agile principles and cultivate an Agile mindset ; Mentor core agile roles to support their development and professional growth; Bridge communication gaps and facilitate collaboration between teams, both internally and externally. What will help you be successful 3 years of proven experience as an Agile Coach or a similar role; Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean; Hands on experience with operationalization of agile ways of working at enterprise level; Strong understanding of Change Management principles; Past developer experience is highly desired (preferably in agile setup); Strong to excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills; Ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration across teams; Passion for continuous improvement and organizational change; Confident and skilled at navigating the team through roadblocks and complex organizational landscapes towards achieving the product goals; Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around them eadership, agility, and change management are central to your skillset.
