As an Agile Master, you will be embedded in a global Agile Centre of Excellence and, with your colleague at the Bucharest site, will help drive agile activities for the local site and first mostly globally. You’ll support other teams with the help of agile mindset & methods to react adaptably to rapidly changing conditions. In your new role, you will: Enable teams to use the power of agility in product development through application of agile methods and tools Lead with agile values , methodologies and techniques to make teams more effective and perform better Promote a self-organised and independent way of working within the teams by motivating, coaching, listening, giving impulses or acting as a shadow for other coaches Help design trainings , workshops and other formats to impart agile know-how Recognise internal and cross-team conflicts and actively moderate/facilitate these conflicts. Support team members in removing obstacles themselves Develop and visualise key metrics to determine team efficiency and derive measures for continuous optimisation Improve communication and working methods between the teams Create and launch platforms and communities for knowledge transfer or for solution and decision making You demonstrate strong communication skills and know-how to establish lasting relationships and networks, contributing to a good team atmosphere, cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people.
