Key responsibilities: Participate in pre-sales activities, including drafting proposals, attending client meetings, and conducting technical presentations and demonstrations.Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business goals, hurdles, and AI/ML necessities, and recommend strategic solutions for AI/ML design and implementation.Architect end-to-end AI/ML systems, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, model deployment, and monitoring.Create PoCs and PoVs to illustrate the value and feasibility of AI/ML solutions, showcasing their impact on business processes and outcomes.Work alongside data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and utilize appropriate AI/ML algorithms, models, and frameworks.Design scalable and efficient AI/ML pipelines and workflows, integrating a variety of data sources and maintaining data quality and integrity throughout the process.Offer technical expertise and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.Collaborate with cloud architects and infrastructure teams to leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services for AI/ML solutions.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools, and evaluate their potential applications in client projects.Develop service offerings and frameworks for AI/ML solution delivery, including reusable components, best practices, and implementation methodologies. Requirements: Experience in a client-facing, advisory, and consulting role.Proven experience (2+ years) working as an AI/ML Solutions Architect or a similar role in a consulting environment.At least 8 years of IT experience with a focus on AI/ML Engineering.Team player who is energetic, adapts easily to change, and thrives in fast-paced development.Extensive expertise in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and deployment.Comprehensive knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, NumPy).Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI Platform.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decipher complex business requirements and transform them into AI/ML solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) are highly desirable.Conversational English proficiency (B2+).A degree related to software development or equivalent education or experience.
