AI Team Lead in Constanţa

Due to our dynamic growth, we are seeking an individual for the position of AI Team Lead . A new person will play a key role in developing our Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence projects and the team. You will be responsible for: Projects leadership: oversee AI/ML projects from initiation to completion. This involves project planning, resource allocation, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Sales support: support the sales team with AI/ML expertise during conversations with existing and new clients. Create AI/ML offering: define, prepare, and develop AI/ML service offering. Team leadership: build and lead a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI experts. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. P&L responsibility: managing the budget for AI/ML initiatives, accountability for resource allocation, and AI/ML partnerships. You will need: Solid, hands-on expertise in ML, AI, GenAi, and ML/Ops. Proficiency in communicating effectively with a variety of audiences, both technical and business-oriented (articulating technical and substantive concepts, as well as business values and conditions). Valuable proficiency in building and managing teams. Readiness to collaborate and take on responsibility for a section of the ML/AI/GenAi business. Fluent English language skills, minimum C1 level (working with international clients). Knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical industry are advantageous.
