Your Role As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support while also driving commercial opportunities to maximize our business growth. Your Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for our customers and partners in the air freight sectorIndependently processing customer inquiries and creating offers + monitoring and follow up to ensure quotations are accepted and closedControlling order processing in our system: from order acceptance to document checking and billing, FSL closure and other relevant reportingTracking and monitoring transport orders in order to provide proactive updates to the customersActing as an inside sales person, working in close cooperation with the Operational Care Center and other internal stakeholders or with field sales and with carriers (airlines)Monitoring client’s volumes and identifying when customers are up or down trading and acting accordinglyIdentifying and pursuing possible opportunities to up-sellDocumenting, resolving, analyzing all complaints, then identifying, sharing + eliminating root causesEnsuring delivery against financial targets + strategic objectives Your Skills and Experiences We are looking for people with 3+ years freight forwarding experience, strong knowledge of Air Logistics (import and export) processes, as well as:Excellent communication skills both written and verbalExceptional attention to detailsAbility to support and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and service excellenceAccountable for results, strives to meet and exceed expectationsSelf-starter with good judgment who can proactively manage up where appropriateStrong time management, prioritization and follow-up skillsWell organized and being able to track the progress of daily tasks or the ongoing projectsPositive work ethic and attitude
