What You Will Achieve
Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing mid-to long-term supply chain strategies and networks through a range of activities. Some of the activities that you will manage include addressing capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business growth and execution of new programs. Your team will rely on your management skills while forecasting and planning key events, and new product launches. Your breadth of experience will be leveraged for increasing effectiveness of supply chain initiatives through monitoring key performance indicators and coordinating cross-functional work teams.
As an associate, your focus on the job will contribute in achieving project tasks and goals. Through your domain knowledge and commitment, you will create a collaborative teaming environment for your colleagues.

How You Will Achieve It
- Contribute to the completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines.
- Manage completion of supply-related or other assigned improvement initiatives.
- Proactively understand demand drivers and supply implications from forecast changes.
- Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including the capturing of market input and distribution of pre-meeting documents and protocols to all relevant parties.
- Serve as point of contact to manufacturing sites for any questions related to assigned product portfolio.
- Perform root cause analysis of inventory deviations vs. targets and of inventory drivers and define improvement plans.
- Procure and coordinate the flow of materials to meet production requirements, with emphasis on lean methodology.
- Monitor and manage inventory shelf-life and expiry dates minimizing write-offs, also ensuring in market obsolete inventory is identified and disposed of on a physical and financial level.
- Implement new business and distribution models, coordinate new product launch through Supply Chain process.
- Use and leverage of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and reporting tools including Microsoft Office.
- Work in a complex matrix organization in within a multicultural environment, balancing needs of different stakeholders.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated experience in Supply and Logistics management, ideally in pharmaceutical industry or healthcare industry
- Business analysis skills and knowledge of basic leadership principles
- Good oral and written communication skills to present complex issues, providing adequate level of information to all levels of the organization
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), System Application & Products experience
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
