As a API Architect working with an engaging group of API architects within API enablement center, proposing solutions and driving standard methodologies. You will interact with Product Owners, Transformation Managers, Technical Managers, Solution Architects, Ericsson employees, who are work for Ericsson Group API and B2B integration capabilities.This team is responsible for Scaling API and B2B Integrations Solutions that supports Ericsson Group business worldwide. Scaling API is a digital product, being incubated in a venture funding model. B2B Integrations Solutions seeks to meet Ericsson customer and partner need of commerce data and information. This team also primes in other company-wide change programs, like Digital Transformation, IT Modernization, Automation etc, in addition to redefining existing Services/Solutions through crafting enabling products.We truly believe in happiness; we enjoy and feel passionate about what we do and value each other’s technical competence deeply! You willBe part and contribute in crafting an agile and productive work environment, that is international in nature.Overall responsible for API Design / Delivery Execution within central API team.Accountable for timely delivery, estimate, budget vs. actuals for IT projects in-scope.Ensure technical solution architecture of APIs are crafted, following Ericsson approved API Architecture Patterns (Reference Architecture) and IT Security guidelinesDefine and implement API IT Development lifecycle strategy, methodology, templates.Ericsson responsible for technical solution of API deliveries from central API Factory. Also, consult other API development factories in relation to Technical solution.Ensure API development process are adhered to and vital technical documents are prepared and approved as per IT development process description.Drive IT partner/supplier team(s), who forms the core IT delivery team and collaborate with other teams for technical requirements, solution design, staffing needs, road blockers and approvals.Implement sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions. To be successful in the role you must have6+ years of total work experience within IT application development/IT Integration projects and 2+ years of hands-on experience in similar areas of API development, API Factory.IT project delivery experience as Technical Lead or Architect or Technology Lead or Technical Project Manager for 1 Project at least.Experience with API Architecture, API Standards & Specifications, API lifecycle management tools (e.g. webmethods, MuleSoft, Apigee, Broadcom)IT Security requirements.Experience with IT integration technologies, platforms and approaches.Solid background in Waterfall and Agile Software development methodologies.Familiarity with SAP ERP and SAP modules, functionalities would be advantageous.Understanding of enterprise business process flows (e.g. Sales, Supply chain, Finance, HR)Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Self-drive, individual motivation to seek problems and participate hands-on to execute on solutions.Self-drive to handle ambiguous situations, and hands-on to take them through synthesis, compassion, research, collaboration to bring clarity in defining problem, strategy, or execution plan.Solid grasp in AWS/Azure technologies.Experience in design, develop and implement scalable, elastic microservice based platforms.Experience in event driven and streaming APIsExposure or understanding of the latest developments like ODATA, GraphQL etc. What´s in it for you?Here at Ericsson, our culture is built on over a century of confident decisions.
