Responsibilities Manages the Project(s) PLM database and monitors the APQP development status with the quality representatives of metafuntions Guarantees the synthesis and the reporting of KPI (curve) to the Program/Project (Dashboard, suppliers’ monitoring) As soon as a delay is coming approach, trigger any action to resorb it Alerts or calls for Program-Project decision in case of gaps /delays Builds up the forecast PPAP curve Check that the APQP PPAP deliverables are rated for each APQP grid linked to a part, and raise an alarm in case of red ratings or empty ratings Organize meetings and agenda in order to assess the maturity of APQP grids Ensures that the acceptance status verdicts are recorded by the metiers in SIGAPP and are compliant with the targets and convergence glidepaths of the project(s) Alerts or calls for Program-Project decision in case of gaps. Qualifications General automotive (design and manufacturing)Quality / Project management operational processes (APQP process)Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)MS Office ToolsLanguage: English fluent level.
