Mission Issuing invoices to the company clients, based on the information received from the operational departments and booking them in the accounting recordsProcessing data entry for new orders and order modificationsUpdating new prices in the system, when the case (renegotiations, new clients, etc.)Computing the monthly estimates for unbilled revenue (accruals), according to the clients' contractual conditionsMonthly checks and reconciliations for accounts receivable and revenue accountsPreparing monthly sales reportsOther activities related to clients and accounts receivable (clients' correspondence, audit confirmations, etc.) Profile University degree in Finance/EconomicsKnowledge of the English language - financial termsComputer literate: MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, functions, Excel formatting)Ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyAbility to work as part of a team as well as autonomouslyAttention to detail & numeric abilityGood analytical and critical thinking skillsGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to understand processes and make them more efficientAbility to comply with the requirements and deadlines for handing over the works Organization
