Key Responsibilities Managing sales team, distributors, customers and dedicates customer processes for 3-5 counties, Brasov area Meeting planned sales goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Coordinating the activities and performance of the sales team. Coordinating with marketing and support functions for the respective area. The ongoing training of own and customers’ salespeople. Developing sales team through motivation, engagement, counseling, customer and product knowledge education. Promoting the organization and products. Understand our customers and how they relate to our products. Qualifications Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. Experience in customer relationship management. Experience managing and directing a sales team. Outstanding interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication. Dedication to providing great customer service.
