Responsibilities:-Conduct in-depth health condition interviews with employees. -Prepare detailed and confidential summaries. -Maintain and update trackers, generating insightful daily, weekly, and monthly reports. -Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to their implementation. -Administration of local HR and base tasks (newcomers, exits papers, contract distribution & collection, local administrative processes, keeping record of local crew files and documents, meeting minutes, warnings, keeping the base guide up to date, etc,) -Administration of incoming post from outside the company as well as local documents for the local team; -Maintaining the office supply inventory; -Maintaining office equipment; -Managing company benefits; Candidate Profile:-Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PPTX) -Ability to work under the time pressure.
