CCE develops and delivers clean energy solutions based on photovoltaic systems along the entire value chain - from project development and financing, construction, operation and maintenance to energy management.Our mission is to make our contribution to a consistent, global energy transition.YOUR TASKSGuiding the technical aspects in the structuring of project financing through equity, mezzanine capital, and/or bank financing for photovoltaic projects.Coordinate and support in due diligence processes for the respective projects financing.Coordination and support of the transaction process including roadmap until integration into the inventory.Conduct due diligence on potential financing partners and evaluate risk factors associated with financing agreements.Perform comprehensive financial analysis and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
