Our office: Grunwaldzka 472b, Gdańsk Role overview You will be reporting to the Data Operations Team Lead and be part of the Operations Office, working closely with the key business stakeholders to advance the technical strategy of the platform, system integrations, optimizations and strategical usage of Jira ecosystem in Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely. Main responsibilities: Architect, develop and optimize our Atlassian Suite and its related workflows;Create custom changes/scripts with Python, Groovy to our Technology Stack;Planning and executing integration of Atlassian systems with other platforms;Manage, find solutions, execute on both routine, development and ad-hoc requests;Formulate requirements for the entire BTCS operational and technical teams business processes inside Atlassian systems;Set the governance, prioritization and roadmap of the developments together with the team consisting of two Associate Developers;Own the system and workflow documentation and its maintenance. Requirements: University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or relevant studies;High-Level knowledge and proven experience in Atlassian products;Extensive experience in Jira database structure and development and Oracle, SQL, Linux;Experienced in:managing and configuring Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo; programming on ScriptRunner(Groovy), Python, writing scripts; creating and configuring projects in Jira (working with fields, screens, workflows); Skilled in gathering the business stakeholders' requirements definition, undertaking analysis, system and software architecture design and implementation, customizing and tools integrations; Knowledge of Access management/Active Directory; Create technical documentation in English.
