The tools being managed currently within the team consist of Slack, Jira and Confluence and are maintained both on-prem as well AWS. As an Atlassian Support Engineer you’ll be within a team who have full responsibility for the WPB Jira, Confluence and Slack platforms. These applications are critical to all WPB Teams, so it’s imperative to maintain a 100% uptime and provide an excellent level of service to all 35,000 users! For this role you will:Support Jira and Confluence through our internal Jira Service Desk. Maintain the operational environments both on-prem (Linux) and AWSImplementing new customisations through customer service requests: Jira project configurations (Workflows, Fields, Screens, Permissions etc.) Confluence content management (Space creation, data cleaning, user macros etc. Review and piloting of new apps from the Atlassian marketplaceGeneral maintenance of the application and ensuring best practisesAssist in implementing application upgradesManage Slack issues and onboardingProvide training where required to users for all our tools Close Issues within agreed SLAs For this role you should have:1 - 3 years’ experience administering & supporting Jira and ConfluenceWorked within a customer facing support or engineering functionAtlassian Certifications Basic Scripting knowledge (Groovy, Python etc.)Basic Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.)Basic Linux Knowledge (RedHat)A working understanding of Cloud Platforms (ideally AWS)Be flexible under pressureStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, ask ‘why’, be inquisitive.Excellent organisational skillsAbility to communicate with non-technical peopleBe comfortable following Scrum methodology and working within an agile, multidisciplinary team.We offer:Stable job in professional teamCompetitive salary 100% remote workInteresting path of career in an international organizationPrivate health care, employees' benefitsContact with top IT technologies available in the marketParking few minutes away from the officeRelax room (with massage chairs and area for yoga/stretch), game room, bicycle racks in the underground garage and around the office, showers dedicated to cyclistsCasual dress code
