Audio Video Engineer for Polycom Meeting Room Video Conferencing - Contract - London - InsideIR35 TrinIT Talent are looking for a AV Engineer to come on board for a 6 month contract based onsite in London. This role falls Inside of Scope of IR35 and is paying £ per day. Polycom VC systems: Deep understanding of Polycom video conferencing systems, Presence series. AV equipment: Proficient in operating and troubleshooting audio and video equipment, including projectors, cameras, microphones, speakers, and mixers. Network troubleshooting: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues impacting video conferencing quality. Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with users, IT teams, and vendors. Customer service: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring user satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
