What You’ll Do: Help the Global Business Intelligence team reduce its current reliance on manual processes and spreadsheetsLead the design, development, and implementation of automated solutions to streamline reporting tasks, reduce manual efforts, and improve overall efficiencyAnalyze current workflows and processes to identify areas for automation and optimizationUtilize python, R, and/or other tools to automate current reporting processes including updating data and maintaining existing reportsLead the strategic planning for all future optimization and automation for the Global Business Intelligence teamUtilize strong analytical, problem solving, along with a data-driven approach to decision-making, to automate data delivery and develop insights and recommendationsAnalyze large data sets using Excel, Tableau, SQL and other data analytics tools to automate data delivery and develop insights and recommendations What You Need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other relevant fieldProficient written and verbal English language skills4+ years of work experience Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders and senior leadership requiredExperience automating reporting and data maintenance processes, preferably within a software organizationExperience using Excel, SQL, and other data analytics tools to create actionable insight for stakeholders is a plus Exiger is revolutionizing the way corporations, government agencies and banks manage risk and compliance with a combination of technology-enabled and SaaS solutions.
