Responsabilities: Performing routine diagnostic checks on automated systems, monitor them and isolate problems;  Repairing control devices to avoid production loss, as well as creating documentation based on the schematics and wiring plans for each device;  Following  electrical regulations and inspect controllers to ensure code compliance;  Troubleshooting PLC, Industrial Control systems and relay control circuits; Supporting shift technicians in fault diagnosis and rectification of control system faults & failures; Assisting in the implementation of control systems for new processes & equipments; Participating in emergency on-call duty on a rotational basis;  Ensuring the compliance to the health & safety and emergency situations regulations.
