All this while moving to hybrid and electric powertrains transforming our world step by step into a greener and safer place.In your role of Automotive Real Time Software Team Manager, you will lead and coordinate all the activities within the team.Your responsibilitiesDeliver best in class Real Time Software Products and technology to NXP customersCreate and develop teams and align with cross-team way of working (KPIs, metrics, reporting).Drive resource planning and delivery timeline to generate aligned RT Platform products roadmaps under responsibility.Use data and metrics with customer inputs to drive software strategy decisions with Product Lines.Manage change requests and facilitate product lines prioritization discussions.Create current and future value through research, development, that influences business investments.Your teamOur team develops BSPs combining domain specific Real Time components starting from drivers (Autosar and Non-autosar), Firmware, stacks and middleware to deliver products that are the Real Time basis for customer applications in the area of Connectivity and Security, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, Vehicle Dynamics, and General-Purpose Integrated Solutions.You will report in the Platform Software and Tools Organization of NXP and, together with your team, deliver next gen RTOS products for all automotive areas.Your profileTo be successful in this role you have:Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with more than 5 years of automotive industry experienceExperience in building and leading mid or/and large software research and development teams.Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle from requirements to maintenanceStrong social competence and ability to work across and integrate multi-cultural teams and interfacesExcellent English communication skillsFurthermore, you are:Able to abstract complex situations and constructs and present executive summaries and action plansFamiliar with RTOS concepts and ASPICE Software development processAgile and flexible with changing priorities and business needs and in finding win-win solutions in complex situationsDriven by a high sense of urgency and customer focus.Creating Secure Connections and Infrastructure for a Smarter WorldNXP Semiconductors N.V.
