AUTOSAR C/C++ Senior SW Engineer in Braşov

Your responsibilities

  • C programming;
  • Source level debugging;
  • Problem solving;
  • Knowledge in embedded software development environment and tools including IDE, editors, compilers, linkers, emulators, debuggers, analysis and monitoring tools;
  • Knowledge of 32-bit microcontrollers, best case Infineon AURIX;
  • Experience with AUTOSAR or equivalent embedded operating system;
  • Excellent listening and communications skills – written and verbal;
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
  • Ability to communicate with customers;
  • Nice to have: EB tresos / EB tresos Studio experience;
  • Nice to have: JIRA, Jenkins, SVN, Fisheye.

    • Your profile

  • BSW (Basic Software) configuration according to OEM requirements;
  • Integrate 3rd party AUTOSAR or legacy modules with EB tresos AutoCore;
  • Customer support;
  • Analyze support/feature request tickets;
  • Analyze customer bug reports and delegate within EB;
  • Assist customer in resolving configuration errors;
  • Consulting in AUTOSAR matters, e.g.;
  • Coach EB customers in the areas of software design and development of AUTOSAR;
  • Advise on Functional Safety architecture;
  • Create system designs;
  • You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or a comparable degree;
  • You are interested and motivated to develop complex embedded systems for the automotive industry;
  • You have good to very good programming skills in C;
  • You ideally are experienced in the areas of software design and programming for embedded systems;
  • You are preferring an independent and result oriented working style;
  • You can communicate well in English (German would be outstanding, but is not mandatory).
