By working on the project, you will take part in modernizing the software for a company that is part of one of the largest investment banks. Our client is a US-based hedge fund, the investment management division of one of the largest banks in the world. We are looking for a Cloud Native Engineer with AWS experience who will be working in a small scrum team of experts. Technology stack Java, Kotlin, Node.js, AWS, Gradle, Gitlab, Terraform, Okta. Your responsibilities Developing cloud native services on AWSCommunications with tech stakeholders, discussing architecture and initiativesSplitting existing monolithic structures into smaller projects with modular architectureWriting architectural documentation Requirements description BS in Computer Science or related degree to requirements.Knowledge about software architecture and design patternsImplementation experience of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, ALB, CloudWatch)Strong knowledge of any AWS Lambda native runtime programming languageTeam player with initiative and a results-oriented attitude, a good sense of qualityGood communication skills Nice to have Experience in the finance industryCode performance analysis, scalability and performance optimization skillsWorking knowledge of FIX protocolAWS certifications
