The Azure Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing and defining platform configurations and implementing these configurations as platform capabilities following the Infrastructure as Code principles. Responsibilities: Following the Platform team process.Defining architectures and configurations according to Microsoft recommended practices, Azure Reference Architectures and Microsoft Cloud Design Patterns.Developing platform capabilities according to CCoE development standards, guaranteeing quality and backward compatibility.Understanding basic Azure Infrastructure concepts for IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services, and being able to learn from the Azure documentation. Suggesting and implementing improvements for the design and implementation process.Making sure platform capabilities are implemented and made available according to the Security Control and Service Management Frameworks.Monitoring the CCoE Operations board and solving service requests dispatched by the Solution Architecture team.
