Azure Data Engineer in Constanţa

GOGOmedia – we are a small Software House belonging to the Hello World! group. Group. Our main technologies are PHP/Python + Angular/React. We are currently developing the Machine Learning and Data Science branch for our key clients. As part of GOGOmedia, we deal with comprehensive software creation, development and maintenance. We are responsible for the entire software development process, including business analysis as well as UX and UI processes. 90% of our company consists of highly technical people, engineers and experienced specialists. In this recruitment phase, we are looking ONLY for very experienced specialists. The Big Data Azure Engineer will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing advanced analytics capabilities. These capabilities include batch and streaming analytics, machine learning models, natural language generation, and other emerging technologies in the field of advanced analytics. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field 4+ years of experience in traditional and modern Big Data technologies (HDFS, Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Kafka, Apache Spark, hBase, Oozie, No SQL databases) Experience in Java/Python/Scala Experience extracting/querying/joining large data sets at scale Experience building data platforms using Azure stack Experience building data ingestion pipelines using Azure Data Factory to ingest structured and unstructured data Strong knowledge on Azure Storage schematics such as Gen1 and Gen2 Experience in harmonizing raw data into a consumer-friendly format using Azure Databricks Knowledge of Azure networking, security, key vaults, etc. Experience in data wrangling, advanced analytic modeling, and AI/ML capabilities is preferred Experience utilizing Snowflake to build data marts with the data residing in Azure storage is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills What we offer: up to 23 days of paid break from work per year regardless of the form of cooperation, Possibility of complete remote work, You can work between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m., Development and training packages, Ambitious (although this is a risky statement) projects and technological challenges, Work for large companies on large-scale projects, Direct impact on the nature and principles of work in the project, Working with cool, open and smiling people, Prod deployments prohibited on Fridays ;), We reserve that we will only respond to selected applications.
