You’ll be a part of our Global Microsoft Division.Job overview: BDM – Microsoft CSP (Digital Sales) will be responsible to achieve his/her quota to be delivered through Softline Group digital sales (e-commerce / SDP) engines teams. Must have strong knowledge about Microsoft cloud products and extended experiences in digital / e-commerce/ sales development and management.What you’ll do:Develop and land centrally designed, and locally executed Microsoft CSP digital sales strategy built on identified market opportunities, to deliver and exceed Microsoft CSP targets through digital sales engine and platform (SDP) for customers profitable acquisitions and churn reduction; Work closely with Microsoft and Softline central and regional stakeholders to build aligned digital sales and automated marketing campaigns and programs to drive CSP productivity across SOHO customers;Manage CSP digital sales playbook, programs, and process execution to support consistent, automated, and intelligent pipe generation, profitable customers acquisitions and churn reduction; Drive automated customer retention process, including loyalty programs, cross sell, up sell. Analyze churn route causes to support building retention value packaged services. Work to identify gaps in cloud solutions portfolio offered under CSP to drive growth of digital sales;Integrate Microsoft programs and sales plays to accelerate digital sales under CSP;Manage consistent ROB across digital sales organization.Profile requirements:5+ years of proven experience in designing, developing, and managing digital sales motions in the ecommerce industry.
