Beverages Insights & Analytics Manager in Bucuresti

OverviewThis role leads insights across Beverages Consumer Insights & Business analytics for Belarus, Caucasus and Central Asian markets working with both internal stakeholders as well as externally with key PepsiCo Bottlers. Responsibilities• Support Strategic Insights workstreams to drive Human Centric Strategy and Plans • Continuous monitoring and assessment of the marketplace and category/ consumer /shopper behavior changes / dynamics• Drive insights into where to play and how to win workstreams• Lead Business Insights on marketplace, manufacturer, brand and competitor performance through regular reporting and ad hoc deep dives• Equip organization with critical performance insights to drive stronger business decisions• Innovations tracking, highlighting clear opportunities/ cause correction imperatives• Partner with Marketing to drive insights into Brand Strategy and Jobs to Be Done and Purposeful Brands• Ensure insights into our key human segments is at the heart of all marketing strategy, development, and execution• Lead and leverage Brand equity tracking to define key brand performance and SWOT• Support marketing to drive human centricity into comms development, media planning and innovation Qualifications• Proven influencing skills and experience driving business towards bold ambitions• Excellent sense for organizational dynamics (savvy), including ability to build and leverage trusting, collaborative relationships and networks both within the organisation and externally (bottlers) across boundaries, across geographies and across levels (incl. senior stakeholders)• Influential, and credible with Vice President level• Ability to simplify complexity, and communicate/ build stories in a compelling, clear and concise manner• Agile, flexible and resilient to adapt style, approach and plans as situations change, navigate ambiguity and complexity, operate in the grey• High drive for action, independence, perseverance and results orientation• Brand equity, brand building and communication knowledge• Strong integrated insights knowledge, with strong analytics skillset and consumer and shopper insights experience.. Experience with agency management a must• Experience working in a matrix environment• Experience working cross geographies, ability to influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams as well as external bottler leadership• English working proficiency is a must• Knowledge of Russian language is a plus
