Location & commitments:Full-time jobB2B contract for 12 months with possibility of extensionWarsaw (office in Konstruktorska street)Hybrid job model after on-boarding processYour manager: Mariusz Litwin ➡️ Responsibilities:Collaborate on the daily basis with users, business stakeholders and team members to gather business and data requirements for building insightful and user-friendly dashboards in TableauIntroduce best UX/UI practices and technics for the smooth User JourneyBuild strong style and development guides improving the look and feel of the dashboardsUtilize Tableau's features and functionalities to create compelling and interactive data-driven storiesPerform data analysis, identifying patterns and meaningful insightsDesign, develop, and conduct data and unit testingEnsure data accuracy and integrity by validating and cleansing data from various sources before visualization.Provide technical expertise in areas of data modeling, data preparation and architectureWork on Tableau dashboards performance optimizationManage Tableau ServerCreate technical and user documentationConduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users on effectively utilizing Tableau for data exploration and analysis ➡️ Qualification:Requirements:Proven experience as a BI Tableau Designer or in a similar roleStrong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau ServerIn-depth knowledge of Tableau features, functionalities, and best practices for data visualization.Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)Data Modeling ExperienceNice-to-have experience with software such as: Active Directory, GitHub, Cloud solutionsAdvanced English (multinational team, working on global assignments)Excellent analytical skills to analyze business needsProblem-solving skills to resolve the issues that appear during developmentGood written and communication skillsExcellent team-building skills ➡️ What we offer?
