Billing Analyst in Bucuresti

Job Description:*This is a REMOTE position.*Currently, we are looking for a Billing Analyst to become a part of the team in the finance division, which handle the order to invoicing process.Generally, the Billing analyst handles the following processes: Order Management, Customer Invoicing, Financial Analysis, Reporting, Support for other finance areas.Main responsibilities:Understands order & invoicing requirements as part of the E2E process in support of the account & the customerUse of a variety of business tools including Excel, Access, SQL & a variety of applications used for order entry & invoicing, including COMPASS & CiTAbility to translate contract text into billing formulasAbility to work effectively in diverse, foreign and multi-cultural environmentsAttention to detail & numeric abilityStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent analytical and critical thinking skillsTeamwork skillsAbility to solve issues or escalate themOpen minded and easy to engage withAbility to work effectively in diverse, foreign and multi-cultural environments.Ability to cope with peak workloads, short deadlines, and significant pressure.Self-starter who can work independently and propose, plan and execute tasks through to completionEducation and Experience Required:University degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.At least one year of experience as a financial analyst or any relevant experience in finance field.Knowledge and Skills Required:Good level of English language (at least B2 level) + Spanish/French/Italian language skills are a plusBasic understanding of accounting processes.Basic analytical skills.Good business application skills (Microsoft Excel).Good communication skills.Good teamwork skills.What we offer: 24 vacation days (+1 every next year, if you use all available ones)Meal ticketsPrivate Health InsuranceBenefits Online PlatformWork from home allowanceDesk, Monitor, Chair, Keyboard, Mouse and Headphones for freeLaptopVoucher TicketsRefresher courses
