Responsibilities: As a member of our operation team you play an important role in ensuring the customer’s systems stability and performance You are responsible for the appropriate and timely handling of incidents As a BMC Control-M Batch Operator, you will be responsible for the scheduling, monitoring, and maintenance of batch jobs using BMC Control-M. Your expertise in BMC Control-M will be crucial in managing complex batch workflows, ensuring timely execution of jobs, and proactively identifying and resolving issues Requirements: General: Fluent conversational English Technical: Proven experience as a BMC Control-M Batch Operator with a focus on SAP systems In-depth knowledge of BMC Control-M, including job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting Familiarity with incident management processes and ITIL best practices Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Desirable: Understanding of SAP systems and their batch processing requirements IT certifications related to BMC Control-M or SAP are a plus Personal skills: You are ready to take responsibility and prioritize tasks, as well as to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly You work well autonomously and without close supervision You act as a team player You express highly developed communication skills, both toward team colleagues, clients, as well as other stakeholders You are committed to timely delivery of quality results You are knowledge-seeking You are willing to work in an international/cross-cultural environment What's in it for you?
