Business Analyst in Târgu Mureş

Responsibilities Works with the Product Management and the technical team to ensure the project implementation Detail design of the solution including: functional specification (use cases, interfaces, workflows) Perform analysis to define requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution Writes stories, especially in BDD format (Behavior Driven Development) Qualifications and Experience Has an Agile mindset for the product delivery approach Stakeholder management experience Ability to be meticulous on complex requirements and documenting them while having an eye on dependencies on the overall system Data driven approach together with strong analytical and problem solving skills Familiar with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Tools; experience using JIRA and Confluence is an advantage Can conduct workshops/brainstorming sessions to collate requirements Experience working with distributed teams and clients 4+ years active experience in IT 1+ years active experience as Business Analyst in structured teams Fluent in English
