Globally.Full Job description:As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for all aspects of the product life cycle including the technical, functional, and business foundations of our products. You will act as the liaison between cross-functional teams. You will work alongside business/product analysts and report directly to the project manager/owner. Your goal is to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects, deadlines and deliverables all while communicating the overall product delivery to your team. In addition to product management, you will be responsible for testing a variety of software applications to help ensure our products are to the highest quality. If you feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, this is the position for you!At this role you will:✅ Understand our clients, business strategy, and capabilities as well as how our technology suite does and should meet client and business needs;✅ Understand competitive landscape and research industry trends, applying a “best in class” mindset to the product strategy roadmap;✅ Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the business;✅ Define and articulate the vision, value proposition, and user experience of product capabilities and journeys to external and internal audiences;✅ Write complete user stories and acceptance criteria;✅ Manage and Prioritise the Product and Sprint Backlogs;✅ Support the Product Owner with tasks like identifying specific monitoring and alerting needed for products being developed;✅ Monitor current fintech/hr trends and continuously improve client satisfaction post-launch by tracking, reporting, and incorporating lessons learned from usage metrics and the realization of OKRs/KPIs;✅ Ensure backlogs are transparent, visible, and understood to all;✅ Research and experiment with multi-variant testing to validate opportunities and solutions;✅ Prioritize stories within backlog with quant/qual data;✅ Maintain updated user stories (e.g. JIRA);✅ Provide sign off on each story during the sprint;✅ Plan releases (including communication) with internal stakeholders;✅ Monitor product from a risk/regulatory perspective; collaborate with proper risk teams to resolve any financial, operational, technical or product risks uncovered;✅ Your tasks will also include supporting internal workshops, brainstorming and creating documentation.To be qualified for this position:  You have at least one year in a product role supporting a technology company; Agile doesn’t just mean moving quickly to you; Gathering requirements and documenting them are something you enjoy doing (or you have the aptitude to learn how); Communication is a strength, you’re not too shy to ask questions.You will set yourself apart, if you possess:✨ Basic IT engineering background (i.e. understanding json files, logs, knowledge about API);✨ Understanding of business intelligence;✨ Excellent oral and written communication skills + fluency in English;✨ Ability to identify issues and problem solutions;✨ Proven product development experience;✨ Deep knowledge of Agile principles, practices/techniques (e.g., Story mapping, Value scoring) and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments;✨ Experience acting as a constructive conduit between business and engineering teams;✨ Strong ability to develop hypotheses and make quick decisions in a fail-fast supportive environment that fosters and encourages a continuous improvement mindset and execution;✨ A high passion for driving teams towards high performance and a deep pride in quality craftsmanship that delights users;✨ Experience in user-centered design or user research techniques;✨ Knowledge of task management software (i.e. Jira), knowledge (i.e. Confluence, Notion) and drawing diagrams (i.e. draw.io), the ability to quickly learn new tools;✨ Nice to have - knowledge of UML.Benefits ✅ competitive compensation plan;✅ freedom to choose the type of employment agreement that you will sign with us - B2B, UoP, UZ or anything else you like;✅ flexible working environment: remote-first processes for ultimate flexibility and ability, flexible working hours and an option to work 100% remotely, if you like;✅ freedom to choose the location that you will work from, our offices in London, Warsaw and Toruń are open and you are more than welcome to work from there, but you can work from literally anywhere in the world, in the time that suits you most;✅ generous holidays package: 26 days;✅ workspace fit for you: up to PLN 2 000 / € 500  of extra funds to improve your home office set-up;✅ a computer of your choice and all necessary tools that you need to work with;✅ training budget: up to PLN 6 000 per annum as we want you to grow with us;✅ do you want to improve your English language skills or perhaps learn how to speak Polish?
