MIRO (junior) Confluence (regular) JIRA (regular) Business Analysis (advanced) The Job in shortAs a Business Analyst, your goal is to capture essential requirements to help our clients realise their customer experience vision. You work closely with both our clients and development/SCRUM teams. Our customers and implementation partners see you as a trusted consultant. You analyse, capture and prioritise client requirements for new client experience initiatives. You perform business process gap analysis and write user stories. You run small-size product research inceptions and contribute to sprint planning. Every project has its own set of unique challenges that must be overcome, and you think and react quickly to find solutions that work for everyone and communicate effectively. Meet the jobScope of role:You support up to two teams as a Business Analyst acting as a trusted partner for the team and actively support product owners;Stakeholder Management:You will partner with product and software architects, UX researchers and designers, product owners, and engineers;Critical Thinking & Analytical Skills:You understand information without guidanceYou can demonstrate the ability to make high-level connections between concepts and ideas;You understand client requirements, translate them into lower-level functional pieces and carry out gap analyses with regards to the Backbase product;Technical Writing:You have the ability to write and organize user stories and epics with correct formatting, with limited guidanceYou can demonstrate ability to work with others on creating user stories and epics and teach proper formatting of both.How about youYou have 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software development company;You have Bachelor’ degree in Business, Software Engineering or similar;You have Excellent English language skills, written and spoken;Experience in a banking domain is a plus.
