We’re a small, but fast-growing team of IT geeks (our services/products: www.mlnative.com, www.faro.team) and as we get more and more to deliver for our clients we decided to augment our team and that’s why we’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. ProjectCurrently one of our clients from the financial industry is looking for a BA to join one of their projects aiming to develop their credit risk processes. The work will be mainly on the backend services, so you won’t feel bored and you will learn a lot.You will be a person supporting our client business across current and future digital markets in delivering the strategy for growth by helping Product Owners with backlog refinement, analysis and documentation. Your responsibilities:Making requirements decomposition by splitting epics into stories, organizing the stories, and ensuring a complete description of the product/feature,Helping the developers & testers to understand the business domain and the problem to be solved or opportunity to be delivered,Facilitating collaboration through translating “business speak” into “technical speak” and vice versa,Helping different stakeholders across the organization to determine value to the business,Taking the holistic view of the product backlog to identify related requirements and inter-dependencies,Leading the refinement of the requirements and business solution definition, including acceptance criteria – working closely with the key stakeholders,Working with business & IT colleagues to successfully deliver required changes through each stage of the delivery cycle, providing specialist input as required,Contributing to the development as part of Scrum Team,Identifying opportunities for business analysis process and performance improvement. Main requirements for this role:Min 3 years of related professional experience as a Business Analyst for IT projects,Experience in the analysis in an Agile world, dynamic and changing environment (preferably with Financial Services experience in IT area)Using techniques such as Use Cases, User Stories,Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused individual who is able to work independently,Speaking fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills,Experience with Atlassian tools: JIRA and Confluence,UML/BPMN modeling knowledge will be an advantage.Experience with Credit Risk and supporting the Product Owner will be an asset,Visit the client's office in Warsaw every month - costs will be reimbursed.
