Your day to day:As an Enterprise IT Business Analyst, you play a pivotal role in the delivery of the high-quality enterprise products, that ensure the best customer experience and meet our business needs. Leading the elicitation, analysis, and presentation of requirements, you will work closely with Product Managers and all other key stakeholders to ensure that we have a clear scope for delivery and will manage the requirements through the life of the project to ensure they are successfully delivered. With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information.Own and drive communication and relationships with a complex network of stakeholdersAccountable for Requirements Management during the project lifecycle, including both functional and non-functional requirements.Analyze and define initiatives, create high level plans and support delivery and implementation.Ensure all requirements are traceable against the defined customer experience.Drive internal efficiencies by latest methods and tooling for requirements/process modelling.With these skills you are a great candidate:Previous demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst role Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry. Stakeholder management and proven ability to operate within a geographically dispersed matrix organization.Knowledge of Agile is a must, knowledge of Waterfall is considered a plus. Strong communication and decision-making skillsDemonstrated ability to manage conflicts of interest and influence without authority. Process and detailed oriented with excellent planning/organizational skills Any previous experience or background in IT ( databases) is considered a plus Advanced English languageSounds like the perfect job?
