Join our team as a Business Analyst (e-Commerce) Job Overview The job is e-Commerce domain centered. The main work is around understanding client needs and proposing e-Commerce solutions based on our product and service offering as well as maintaining a communication line with the development teams and project governance to ensure achievement of scope details implementation. This is client facing job and ability to fluently communicate is key. Short term travel is occasionally required. Responsibilities and Duties:● Works on RFP/RFI/RFQ responses to understand business needs● Works on projects as Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner● Clearly communicates business needs of the client to development teams● Clearly communicates solutions to business needs to client● Creates and maintains business needs documentation● Advocates and uses Business Analysis techniques. Educates the client and teams if required● Equally comfortably works in Agile and Waterfall project setups● Participates in project governance responsible for requirements traceability● Occasionally travels to client locations for sales pitches Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should have:● University degree or equivalent● Experience working on B2B and B2C E-Commerce solutions as Business Analyst● Domain knowledge in one or more of the following is an advantage: Retail, Automotive, Telecom, CPG● Excellent written and verbal English.● German language is an advantage● Strong soft skills and ability to listen is a must● Domain certifications are an advantage
