Business Analysis (advanced) Summary Falck IT Poland is looking for a Business Analyst for Group Solutions Team in Poland (Mid/Senior). This role covers typical BA role that supports Product Owner and the team. In scope there will also be some basic project management and vendor management. About the job We are looking for a Business Analyst whose main tasks and responsibilities are: Requirements/business issues gathering and elicitation Help Product Owner with prioritization of the backlog Participate and help with Product Backlog Items’ refinements Troubleshooting in relation to bugs and incidents Coordination of the solutions with the vendor Solutions Testing Create and maintain solution documentation Resolving Issues and implementing changes that do not require development skills About you We would think that you have a relevant IT background and that you know how to Manage Systems throughout their lifecycle. You are systematic and organized with motivation to learn and share – these are also team’s values. You will ensure and facilitate collaboration across different parties like stakeholders, vendors and other teams We also expect that you, independent and self-driven individual, will have a proactive and structured approach to your tasks. Your strong analytical skills backed up with good communication and fluent English will help you solve issues and manage relations with partners, vendors and stakeholders. At Falck we work primarily agile, and it will be an advantage, if you have knowledge (maybe even experience with) about agile delivery methods. It would be your advantage if you had financial business experience. About your skills and experience: Must have: English fluent in word and writing Strong analytical skills Communication skills and well developed soft skills Knowledge about Application Management and lifecycle Stakeholder Management Vendor Management Requirements management Nice to have and will be a plus: University degree in Computer Science or another technical degree with IT experienceBasic UX research HR or Document Management systems experience Agile About us You will be part of the Group Solutions team. This team delivers solutions that supports Falck global financial processes. Within our scope, depending on the team, we take care of systems like GEMS or Cornerstone. We work in Agile Environment in Scrum framework or Kanban way and have flat structure. We have also started moving towards digitalization and we’re enabling Agile potential in the whole Falck organization. Falck Global IT supports the business entities with all aspects of IT, spanning from feature development, architecture, governance, project management, application management and IT infrastructure such as servers, network and PCs. We run the IT infrastructure and IT Service Desk in close collaboration with our IT operations delivery partner. Global IT has employees in Scandinavia, UK, Germany, Poland, Spain, the Netherlands, USA and Latin America.
