Job DescriptionContractor-Nonbillable––ResponsibilitiesOrganization: Global Sales OperationsThe TeamThe Global Sales Systems and Process team has a simple mission: to relentlessly drive improvement to our internal sales tools to help sales sell and be efficient and effective, driving customer success. Our team is responsible for all sales systems deployment internally at Oracle, in support of our 35,000 sales professionals. We partner closely with Oracle CX product development to improve these sales tools for Oracle and our customers. We are on the leading edge of technology deployment in a fast-paced and hands-on team.The Sales, Systems and Process project team is part of Global Sales Operations (GSO), and based in Bucharest, RomaniaThe RoleOur team is looking for a Business Analyst to support global sales initiatives. Work closely with Functional Leads across the project lifecycle to support project deliverables. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with focus on Collaborating with functional leads to define the test plan Writing and executing test scripts Setup UAT meetings and organize UAT participants Execute testing (functional, performance, load) across multiple platforms Summarize UAT status including producing bug status reports and UAT completion reports Collaborate across Global Sales Operations, Internal IT and Product development to validate sales solutions and provide feedback Support the functional lead to identify enhancement requests and production issues Provide reports on sales system production usage Document and maintain the solution workspace to track production issues, and own responsibility to track and report on production issues, collaborating with Internal IT and Sales Support. Preferred Skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Advanced knowledge of planning and executing testing. Business UAT coordination is a plus Experience of Sales Systems and Process is a Plus. Able to communicate with and influence development teams.
