Business Applications Team Lead (open to all locations) in Bucuresti

Key responsibilities:Enables the global Travel & Entertainment Program via SAP Concur expansion.Takes care of effectiveness and correctness SOX controls.Resolves business issues and implement solutions in areas that include organizational effectiveness/development, strategic planning, or process improvement.Manages team’s engagement & motivation. Identifies and promotes talents. Sets clear expectations and clear communication of priorities. Monitors team’s performance and takes corrective actions when necessary.
